Filitra 10 mg is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains Vardenafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, which helps increase blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, enabling an erection. Should not be taken with nitrates or certain heart medications due to the risk of dangerous drops in blood pressure.
