Tazzle 20 mg is typically taken about 30 minutes to 1 hour before planned sexual activity, at a dose of one tablet per 24 hours, as directed by a doctor. It can be taken with or without food, though a heavy meal may slightly delay its onset. In some cases it is also used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH; enlarged prostate) or pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), but ED remains its most common indication at this strength.
